Quartiere residenziale ubicato nella prima periferia della città di Treviso. Il lotto stretto e lungo ha favorito la realizzazione di tre volumi residenziali orientati a sud-ovest e separati fra loro da prospettive aperte verso il corso d’acqua posto a margine della proprietà. I tre edifici si caratterizzano per la presenza di giardini al piano terra ed ampie terrazze che collegano tutti gli ambienti delle singole unità. I tre edifici sono collegati fra loro da un grande portico di ingresso connotato da ampi e vedute zenitali verso il cielo, alcune delle quali fungono anche da spazio passante per gli alberi di nuova piantumazione. Un ampio tetto verde copre il portico e gli adiacenti garages.

Residential neighborhood located on the outskirts of the city of Treviso. The narrow and long lot favored the creation of three residential volumes oriented to the south-west and separated from each other by perspectives open towards the watercourse located on the edge of the property. The three buildings are characterized by the presence of gardens on the ground floor and large terraces that connect all the rooms of the individual units. The three buildings are connected to each other by a large entrance portico characterized by wide, zenithal views towards the sky, some of which also act as a passing space for the newly planted trees. A large green roof covers the porch and the adjacent garages.
